Wedding Day Coordination is perfect for the bride who desires all her friends and family to celebrate and enjoy the day without having to be concerned with the last minute details such as lighting candles for the reception or searching for that missing boutonnière for the ring bearer. Wedding day coordination essentially is a personal assistant for you and your bridal party…even your family. I am there to calm nerves and be that extra helping hand.

Wedding Day Coordination consists of the following:

Two-hour planning meeting with the bride two months before the wedding to prepare initial itineraries for rehearsal, wedding and reception, floor plans, vendor list, and address any concerns/issues.

One-hour meeting a week before the wedding to finalize rehearsal/wedding itinerary.

Email bridal party and vendors with final itinerary.

Contact vendors and confirm arrangements two days prior to wedding.

Coordinate rehearsal night.

Meet and help vendors upon arrival on site.

Distribute and help with wedding flowers

Help with the final details such as name cards, guest book, etc.

Greet and assist guests as they arrive.

If the wedding site does not have a coordinator I will coordinate the ceremony schedule such as lining up the bridal party and processional/recessional cues.

Direct bridal party to holding area after the ceremony and direct as needed for photos.

Move items from one location to another if needed.

Line-up wedding party for grand entrance and introductions.

Execute the reception itinerary.

Deliver final payment and gratuity to vendors if desired.

Return any items to vendors the day after the wedding.

20 hours/$400.00

Note: Additional planning can be added on an as needed basis such as addressing envelopes or receiving and tracking responses.
